Copyright: I retain all copyright to my artwork.

Payment: All commissions must be paid in full upfront before I begin working on them.

Currency: All prices are listed and payments must be made in USD (US dollars).

Payment Method: All payments must be made through PayPal.

Personal Use Only: All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. If you wish to use my artwork for merchandise or other commercial purposes, additional fees for commercial use, royalties, or licensing rights may apply. Please contact me for further details.

Revisions After Completion: Any changes requested after the commission has been completed may incur additional fees. This applies only to changes that require me to redraw or significantly modify any part of the artwork.

Color Changes: Color changes are welcome at no additional cost before I send you the final files. Any color changes requested after the final files have been delivered will incur additional fees.

Cancellations and Refunds: Once payment has been received, commissions cannot be canceled by the commissioner, and refunds will not be issued. If payment has not yet been made, the commissioner may cancel the commission at any time.

1. Sketch Phase: Once I have received full payment and all the necessary details and references for your commission, I will start working on the sketch. During this stage, you can request as many changes as needed until you are completely satisfied with the sketch. No additional fees will be charged for revisions during this phase.

2. Lineart & Coloring Phase: Once the sketch is approved, I will move on to the lineart and coloring. You can still request color changes at this stage at no additional cost. However, changes to the drawing's structure (such as the pose, anatomy, or overall composition) will incur an additional fee of $5 USD per change if they require me to redo both the lineart and coloring. Please make sure to request all necessary changes during each stage to avoid additional fees.

3. Final Delivery: Once you have approved the final artwork, I will send you a .zip file containing: 4 PNG files with transparent backgrounds in the following sizes: 28 × 28 px, 56 × 56 px, 112 × 112 px, and 300 × 300 px. An optional credit panel that you can display on your Twitch channel to credit me as the artist. It is not required, but it is greatly appreciated!

4. Portfolio & Social Media: All commissions will be posted on my social media accounts as part of my art portfolio. If you prefer to keep your commission private and do not want it to be publicly shared, please let me know before I start working on it.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the commission has been agreed upon and paid for, unless the agreed-upon delivery time is not met.

Cancellations: A commission may be canceled at any time as long as payment has not yet been made.
